Resources

I have had the most success finding unbiased answers to the burning health questions through 3 different sources:

Marks Sisson (marksdailyapple.com) has provided a blueprint to a healthy life worth living for!  If you are relatively healthy (and even if you're not), Marks guidelines will have you living a long, healthy and (most importantly) happy life.

Chris Kresser is who I turn to for more disease related issues.  His website http://chriskresser.com/ (formally thehealthyskeptic.org) features tons of information on issues like thyroid disorders, heart disease, diabetes & obesity, heartburn/GERD, depression, and even natural childbirth.

Dr. Joseph Mercola (mercola.com) is the creator of the #1 natural health website in the world.  Besides having many good natural products, he also tackles issues in his articles relating to drug companies and the conventional healthcare system, exposing much of the dark side of the pharmaceutical field.
